Institutional orders subject to sales tax where
applicable. First-time orders from tax-exempt
organizations must include a copy of their
sales tax exemption certificate. All resellers
must include a copy of their resale certificate.
All shipments sent UPS, FedEx, or freight, according to weight. Allow 1-3 weeks for delivery. Express/Special Delivery: second day or next day deliveries will include a surcharge. Shipping/handling charges, for orders of less than $500.00, add 12% and $5.95 for standard shipping and handling. For orders of $500.00 or more, add 12% for standard shipping and handling.

All digital orders have an account activation fee. For orders over $100.00, the activation fee is 5% of the total order. For orders $100.00 or less, the activation fee is $5.00.
