Personal orders subject to sales tax. Institutional orders subject to sales tax where applicable. First-time orders from tax-exempt organizations must include a copy of their sales tax exemption certificate. All resellers must include a copy of their resale certificate.


All shipments sent UPS, FedEx, or freight, according to weight. Allow 1-3 weeks for delivery. Express/Special Delivery: second day or next day deliveries will include a surcharge. Shipping/handling charges, for orders of less than $500.00, add 12% and $5.95 for standard shipping and handling. For orders of $500.00 or more, add 12% for standard shipping and handling.


Catalog prices reflect a discount (allowable for shipping to educational institutions only). Prices are subject to change without notice.


All digital orders have an account activation fee. For orders over $100.00, the activation fee is 5% of the total order. For orders $100.00 or less, the activation fee is $5.00. Customers that choose to order directly from Sadlier must include payment or credit card information . If a customer orders a product that goes out of stock or is on back order, we will automatically cancel the out of stock or back order item from the order. A partial return of bundled products for a credit will cause any applicable discount to be voided, and the discounted amount will be deducted from the amount of the credit. No returns permitted on: Tests, Blackline Masters, DVDs, CD-ROMS, videos, eBooks, Interactive Editions, Online Assessments, or materials opened in kits or 10-packs.

Stamped or marked books, Teacher's Editions, and Activity Books cannot be returned for credit.
